Kindergarten Registration for 2010-2011 will be help on March 29th and 30th. 
The time will be 4:00 - 6:30 in the PKS Gym.

State law requires that children entering kindergarten be five years old on or before September 1 of 2010.

Alabama Blue Immunization Form Certified Birth Certificate (hospital certificates not accepted) Child's Social Security Card Picture ID of Parent or Guardian

 In addition, two proofs of residency in Autauga County must be provided to the school: These documents must be current and handwritten documents are not permissible.

A copy of any two of the following : Signed lease agreement Signed property deed Signed mortgage (no bills, statements or payment books) Utility bill (no phone or cable bills- Please note that only one utility bill can be used ) Property tax statement (indicating home exemption) Autauga County Automobile Registration

If you are unable to attend our registration, beginning April 1, the school office will hand out registration packets from 7:15 to 3:00 daily. However, packets may only be returned to the school on Fridays.
